We are expanding our European team and are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who is passionate about connecting top talent with opportunities that make a real impact on the world's clean energy future.

Your Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in building our international workforce by identifying, engaging, and hiring top professionals across Europe and beyond.

Your main tasks include:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to final offer negotiation.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Actively source and attract talent via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments, ensuring a strong candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and help strengthen the company's presence in the renewable energy industry.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment reports and data using ATS or HR systems.
  • Collaborate with HR and business units in Europe and China to ensure smooth communication and hiring alignment.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in the renewable energy, technology, or engineering sectors.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese – German is a strong plus.
  • Proven record of delivering great candidates fast in competitive markets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — you're both people-focused and results-oriented.
  • Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and digital sourcing strategies
  • A positive mindset, creativity, and the ability to work independently in an international setup.
