DEINE AUFGABEN / YOUR TASKS Wir suchen für den weltweiten Aus - und Aufbau von pharmazeutischen Produktionsstätten einen Director (w/m/d) Project Engineering. Du denkst unternehmerisch und lebst für den Aufbau von Production Facilities? Dann bewirb Dich jetzt - Du verantwortest gesamtheitlich den Auf - und Ausbau von pharmazeutischen Produktionsstätten. - Mit großem Entscheidungs - und Gestaltungsspielraum managst Du ein Portfolio an Projekten und behältst dabei das strategische Gesamtbild im Blick. - Du erstellst Kosten - und Zeitpläne, stimmst diese mit der Geschäftsführung ab und stellst deren Einhaltung sicher. - Du führst sämtliche Planungs-, Bau-, Beschaffungs - und Inbetriebnahmeaktivitäten zusammen, wirkst an Planung und Auslegung von Prozessanlagen mit und stellst GMP Compliance sicher. - Du bist zentraler Ansprechpartner für die Koordination aller Schnittstellen von internen und externen Stakeholdern und führst dabei ein hochambitioniertes und -motiviertes Team. DEIN PROFIL / YOUR PROFILE - Du hast erfolgreich ein ingenieurswissenschaftliches oder verfahrenstechnisches Studium absolviert (z.B. Chemieingenieurwesen, Verfahrenstechnik, Bioprozesstechnik oder ähnliche) - Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Investitionsprojekten im Bereich >10 Mio. Euro - Du bist ein Detailfreak, bist stark belastbar und hast Durchsetzungsvermögen - Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte Führungspersönlichkeit, hast sowohl disziplinarisch als auch fachlich Teams geführt und es fällt Dir leicht, präzise und eloquent auch auf internationaler Ebene zu kommunizieren - Geschäftliches Reisen (ca. 20%) zu unseren Produktionsstandorten und Lieferanten sind für dich eine spannende Abwechslung.
