Als führendes deutschsprachiges Social Media-Management betreuen wir Creator*innen mit in Summe über 100 Millionen Follower. Als von Creator*innen selbst gegründetes Management wissen wir, wie TikTok und andere Plattformen gehen und worauf es Creator*innen wirklich ankommt.

**Das erwartet dich in deinem Job**:

- Sicherung der kreativen Qualität durch klare Standards
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Agentur
- sowie Produktionsteam
- Kreative Ideenfindung für Kampagnen, Projekte und Markenstrategien
- Mitarbeit bei der kreativen Umsetzung von (Neu)Kunden Pitches

**Diese Eigenschaften zeichnen dich aus**:

- Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre **einschlägige** Erfahrung in der Entwicklung kreativer Konzepte und Pitches, idealerweise in einer Agentur
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung in der Führung eines Teams
- Du hast ein sehr gutes Verständnis von allen gängigen Social-Media Plattformen
- Du bist kreativ, mit einem Talent für originelle Ideen, die auffallen und Wirkung zeigen
- Du denkst strategisch und verstehst Zielgruppen sowie Kundenbedürfnisse
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, auch unter Zeitdruck und bei mehreren Projekten
- Du zeichnest dich durch ein hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeit aus
- Hervorragende Deutsch
- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
