To continue this incredible adventure, we are looking for a** **Debt Collections Agent - German speaking,** full-time to join our talented team at our **Berlin HQ.**

**What you will contribute**:

- Advise customers on their various payment plan options and negotiate the most suitable payment plan
- Respond to customer queries
- Escalate complex cases
- Be the liaison between the business, customers, and external agencies
- Interact with other departments to find the best solutions

**What you bring**:

- Ideally a first experience in Debt Collection
- **Fluent in German and good English skills**- Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude-
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills-
- Basic understanding of accounting principles-
- Ability to multitask and work with targets and tight deadlines-
- Experience with MS Office and Salesforce is a plus**❤️‍ What you will love about us**:
