Business Demand Planner

In your new role, you will:

- **Consolidate and steer demand plan for a strategically important technology **considering customer demand, supply chain topics, production capabilities and financial aspects
- Coordinate, moderate and drive **meetings with Marketing and the Business Line Management **in order to support the **Volume Rolling Forecast**:

- **Provide the mid
- and long-term Front, and Backend planning **for the respective Product Lines and for specific topics for the whole Division after analyzing and assessing the market and business as well as demand and supply situation in detail.
- **Act as the go-to person for detailed analyses and reporting **by gaining in-depth understanding on Infineon’s Supply Chain, the overall planning and forecasting processes as well as the related IT tools and databases
- **Cooperate closely with internal departments **like Product Marketing, Production Management, Finance or Logistic Planning as well as the global production sites.
- **Align your activities to the overall volume and strategic production planning**:

- Proactively **contribute or lead projects **to drive profitability optimization and digitalization

You have a clear notion of how your work contributes to the commercial success of your department. You recognize and seize potential for improving efficiency with dedication and stay aware of costs in your decisions to optimize cost-benefit relations. You love to capture the essence of a large amount of data and communicate it effectively to internal stakeholders. In the course of this you focus on high data quality as well as informative deductions and, therefore, contribute to our preventive management of risks.

You are best equipped for those tasks if you have:

- A **degree **in Industrial Engineering, Informatics, Business Administration or a related field with technical background
- At least **3 to 5 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management **(e.g. disposition, production or demand planning)
- **Data affinity**: Far-reaching experience with analyzes and reporting as well as a sound knowledge of Business Intelligence methods and tools
- **Already gained first project experience **, if possible as a project leader
- **Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office **(esp. Excel, some Access), ideally experience in **programming languages and/or JDA S&OP **, databases and Business Intelligence software
- **Excellent English language skills **, German or the willingness to learn is a plus
