Sie sind als Planner Demand and Supply (w/m/d) für das Management des Demand und Supply Plans im kurzfristigen Planungshorizont für alle unserer Marken zuständig. - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Vertrieb und Kundenservice, sowie regionalen Demand und Supply Planning Teams - Proaktive Unterstützung des Business durch vorausschauende Analyse von Lieferrisiken - Monitoring und Aussteuerung der Warenverfügbarkeit für eingehende Kundenbestellungen mit dem Ziel der Fill Rate Optimierung und mit besonderem Fokus auf Just-In-Time Auslieferungen - Durchführung regelmäßiger Excess/Liability Review-Meetings zur Vereinbarung von Korrekturmaßnahmen zur Kostenreduzierung und -vermeidung - Teilnahme bei der Implementierung und Optimierung des globalen E2E Modells auf lokaler Ebene, sowie weiteren lokalen und internationalen Supply Chain Projekten **Das bringen Sie mit**: - Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Supply Chain Management, Logistik, BWL oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit fachbezogener Weiterbildung (z.B. Controlling) - Einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Planner Demand and Supply (w/m/d) im Bereich Supply Chain eines FMCG Unternehmens sowie Erfahrung in funktionsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing und Vertrieb - Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine hohe Zahlen-/Systemaffinität - Gutes Verständnis des gesamten End-to-End-Supply-Chain-Prozesses eines FMCG Unternehmens - Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit hoher Problemlösungskompetenz - Organisationstalent gepaart mit einem Auge fürs Detail sowie einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise - Sehr gute ERP Kenntnisse (idealerweise SAP), mit Planungssystemen und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie **fließende Deutsch - und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse** **Ihre Bewerbung**: Haben wir Ihr Interesse geweckt? **Dann sollten wir uns unbedingt kennenlernen** Der schnellste Weg zu uns führt über den **"Jetzt bewerben-Button"**.
