Your Tasks:

- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS
- Independent implementation and adaptation of current IFRS standards
- Integrative management of all employees in accounting at several international locations
- Supporting the team in the implementation of internal controls and risk management activities
- Further development of tools and processes to optimize financial processes (digitalization, automation)
- Analysis of key financial figures and derivation of suitable measures to optimize the company's performance
- Implementing an appropriate control system to manage business risks and maintaining responsibility for the fiscal integrity of all financial reporting and operations
- Contact person for auditors, tax advisors, consultants
- Sparring partner of the CFO

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in business administration/finance and accounting
- Comprehensive knowledge of German (HGB) and international (IFRS) accounting standards, tax regulations and financial reporting requirements
- Good knowledge of reporting tools, ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Extensive professional experience
- Transparent and open working style and a high level of professional integrity
- High level of communication skills and hands-on mentality
- Appreciative management style
- Excellent language skills in English and German.
