Wir suchen für unser Kundenunternehmen - aus der Rechtsbranche - einen Billing Specialist - Debitoren (m/w/d) für den Standort Köln in Festanstellung. **Das Angebot**
- Das Gehalt liegt je nach Erfahrung/Qualifikation bei 3.100 - 3.750 EUR brutto

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Ausgangsrechnungen
- Kommunikation innerhalb des Unternehmens mit den zuständigen Mitarbeitern
- Pflege von Stammdaten
- Eintragen von Informationen in Lieferanten
- und elektronischen Abrechnungsplattformen
- Überwachung offener Posten
- Bearbeitung und Vollstreckung des Mahnwesen

**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung
- Eigenverantwortliche und ergebnisorientierte Herangehensweise
- Kommunikationsstarke und teamfähige Arbeitsweise
- Guter Umgang mit den klassischen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
