Unser Kunde, ein internationales Logistikunternehmen mit Sitz in Hamburg, baut seine Expertise im Datenschutz weiter aus. Ihre Möglichkeit auch in Teilzeit einen echten Beitrag zum Unternehmenserfolg zu leisten und Ihre datenschutzrechtliche Expertise in einem starken Team effektiv einzubringen.

Aufgaben

Sie verantworten die Betreuung des internationalen Datenschutz-Management-Systems und beraten hier europaweit die Töchter unseres Mandanten - insbesondere mit Hinblick auf die DSGVO. Ferner führen Sie Datenschutzaudits / Gap-Analysen durch und unterstützen die jeweiligen Datenschutzbeauftragten zielführend im anfallenden Tagesgeschäft.

Die Schulung der Mitarbeiter hinsichtlich aktueller datenschutzrechtlicher Themen und die Pflege von internen Regelwerken runden diese spannende Position ab.

Ihr Profil

Sie bringen mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich des Datenschutzrechts mit entsprechenden Erfahrungen im Kontext der DSGVO und der Analyse und Weiterentwicklung von Datenschutzsystemen mit. Ob Ihre Expertise aus der Kanzlei oder einer Inhouse-Tätigkeit stammt ist hierbei sekundär.

Sie arbeiten lösungsorientiert und zeichnen sich durch Ihre Fähigkeit, juristische Sachverhalte adressatengerecht zu kommunizieren, aus. Mit Hinblick auf die Hohe Internationalität runden verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift ihr Profil ab.
