**Tasks**:

- Participation in routine audits (such as financial and operational audits)
- Participation in the planning and execution of governance audits with a focus on anti-corruption audits
- Participation in integrated audit teams with a focus on evaluating the adequacy of internal controls
- Development of recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of controls and the effectiveness of compliance

**Requirements**:

- Several years of professional experience in the internal audit of a multinational corporation and/or a BIG4 auditing firm
- Successful completion of studies in economics, law, or a related field
- Proven additional education toward certification as a Certified Internal Auditor and/or Certified Fraud Examiner preferred. - Confident use of MS Office products and revision tools (TeamMate).
- It is advantageous to have some familiarity with relevant laws (such as the AktG and BGB) and basic knowledge of international governance and compliance rules (such as the FCPA and UK Bribery Act).
- Advantageous knowledge of data analysis tools (ACL, IDEA) and SAP FI/CO
- Strong analytical thinking and judgement combined with a methodical and goal-oriented work style.
- Intercultural competence and strong communication skills combined with a confident, authoritative, and competent appearance at various hierarchical levels.
- Willingness to travel, commitment, and enthusiasm.
