**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Selbstständige Verbuchung und Verwaltung von Aufträgen und Geschäftsvorfällen
- Vorbereitung von Monats
- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Bearbeitung und Pflege der offenen Posten sowie Abwicklung des gesamten Zahlungsverkehrs
- Auswertung und Überwachung von Forderungen sowie Erstellung von Mahnläufen
- Einholung relevanter Daten von Geschäftspartnern und Subunternehmen
- Interne und externe Schnittstelle aller eingehenden Anfragen im Bereich des Forderungsmanagements
- Telefonischer Kundenkontakt bezüglich Mahnläufe, offenen Forderungen und Ausgangsrechnungen
- Allgemeine Korrespondenz sowie administrative Unterstützung abteilungsübergreifende Sachverhalte

**Ihre Qualifikation**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d), kaufmännische Ausbildung mit fachspezifischer Weiterbildung oder vergleichbar
- Relevante praktischer Erfahrungen wünschenswert insbesondere jedoch hohe Motivation zur beruflichen Weiterentwicklung
- Konzentrierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit hoher Eigeninitiative
- Hohe EDV- Affinität sowie sichere Kenntnisse im Umgang mit gängigen Office-Anwendungen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
