- Aufgaben- Empfang und Begrüßung der Gäste sowie Check-in und Check-out
- Professionelle Beratung und Beantwortung von Anfragen bezüglich Zimmer, Serviceleistungen und Umgebung
- Annahme und Bearbeitung von Reservierungen per Telefon, E-Mail oder über Online-Portale
- Durchführung von administrativen Tätigkeiten, wie das Erstellen von Rechnungen, Eingabe von Daten in die Hotelsoftware und Bearbeitung von Zahlungsabwicklungen
- Koordination der Gästewünsche und enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen (z. B. Housekeeping, Service)
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen und freundlichen Ablaufs an der Rezeption
- Beschwerdemanagement und Lösung von Gästefragen und -anliegen
- Überwachung der Belegung und Unterstützung bei der Preisgestaltung
- Anforderungen- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Erfahrungen im Front Office oder Gästebereich, idealerweise in einem Hotel oder ähnlichem Umfeld
- Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
- Freundliches, souveränes Auftreten sowie ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit
- Organisationstalent und Fähigkeit, auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf zu bewahren
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Hotelsoftware (z. B. Protel)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Bereitschaft, auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen zu arbeiten
