**Receptionist (M/F/d)**:

- Innovative, curious and future-oriented. The
**Klax School in Pankow** is a state-recognised and bilingual all-day school. From the first to the thirteenth grade, we work according to the internationally recognised concept of Klax pedagogy. The school's content focus is on art and digitalisation. We learn in projects and teach very successfully with the learning management system MS Office 365 Teams. We are proud to have won second place in the German School Award in 2021.
To strengthen our future-oriented team, we are looking for a
**receptionist (M/F/d)** as soon as possible.

**Your varied area of responsibility**:

- Staffing the reception in shifts from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- First point of contact (M/F/d) for customers and employees from head office
- Answering and forwarding telephone calls in a professional manner
- Collecting, sorting and distributing incoming mail
- Supporting the organisation of procedures, the implementation of events and the corresponding reception and forwarding of information

**Your interesting profile**:

- Successfully completed commercial training
- First professional experience in the above-mentioned field
- Experienced knowledge of MS Office
- Good written and spoken English
- Organisational talent with good communication skills
- Careful and conscientious way of working
- You enjoy working with people, are a team player and always have a smile on your face, even in stressful situations.
