We are looking for a motivated Infrastructure Architect to help our clients deliver innovative and exciting IT transformations with a focus on ServiceNow integration. As part of the Kyndryl Advisory & Implementation Services team, you will act as a Senior Consultant along the phases of assessing, advising and accompanying and guiding customers towards the secure and stable operation of their critical IT systems. We act seamlessly from strategy to process and organisation to technology consulting and accompany our customers on their digital transformation. **Your tasks in detail**: - As part of our IT Strategy and Transformation team, you will develop excellent solutions as an interface and mediator between business units and IT, accept implementation requirements for ServiceNow and support the creation and implementation of customer-specific ServiceNow architectures - You design, develop and implement processes within ServiceNow - You introduce ServiceNow modules and take over the customising as well as the configuration of the UI and the workflows - You support customers in the design and implementation of interfaces to other systems as well as the migration of processes and data - You are able to think from the perspective of our customers, identify challenges, systematically outline solutions and implement appropriate solutions using building blocks from the Kyndryl portfolio and its partner ecosystem - With high motivation you realise your ideas and work on the further development of existing or the establishment of new portfolio and service elements **Required Technical and Professional Expertise** **This is what you bring with you**: - Professional with >4 years of professional experience in the ServiceNow environment, especially in the design and development of complex solutions in ServiceNow - Experience in the implementation of ServiceNow modules, in particular ITSM, ITBM and GRC - Familiar with the design and/or implementation of ServiceNow integrations to other systems (e.g. ServiceNow to ServiceNow or other ITSM tool suites, Azure, SAP) - Experience in designing and building a CMDB in ServiceNow - Understanding the interdependencies including cause-effect chains between business and IT - Flexible, curious and creative - Open to change and able to develop and propose innovative ideas - Team player, inclusive and positive in a group dynamic - Able to build empathy within our teams and gain the trust of our customers - Independent, entrepreneurial, proactive and productive - Willingness to travel and work on site at the client's premises - Excellent communication skills **Preferred Technical and Professional Experience** **Required Education** Ba
