The role of the Scrum Master (f/m/x) resides in the Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG, Digital Solution Center Post-Sales & Mobility within the CTO unit in the _Customer Self-Service team (CSS) _.
We are looking for a Scrum Master (f/m/x) to support our product teams and DevSecOps team. We are flexible and always strive to find the best fitting position for our colleagues.
**Your tasks will be:
- Act as Agile Coach for the Customer Self-Service product teams
- Support and coach the Product Owner in order to groom, proactively manage the backlog and finding effective Product Goals
- Help the Scrum team to be able to work in a self-organized way creating high-value increments that meet the Definition Of Done
- Be accountable for the teams effectiveness, find and establish agile measures for optimizing value delivery
- Make sure that all Scrum events are productive, positive and the expected outcome is understood
- Facilitate and establish Scrum events Remove impediments to support the development teams
**Qualifikationen**:
**What you bring to the table:
- You are a technical graduate with a focus on business informatics, computer science or equivalent
- Several years of experience in Agile Projects as Scrummaster and/or Product Owner and/or Project Leader
- Professional Scrum Master Certification (PSM I), Beneficial: Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I)
- Knowhow on agile software development and working in intercultural teams is a plus
- Having worked with tools such Jira/Confluence, GitHub or ServiceNow for issue tracking and project documentation is a plus
- You have good communication skills in English and have the passion to drive transformational changes in the organization using agile methodologies. German is a plus
