Head of Azure

**What you'll do**:

- Lead and manage a team of engineers responsible for Azure and M365 service operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies for the management and maintenance of our Azure and M365 environments.
- Ensure the uptime, availability, and performance of our Azure and M365 services.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of our Azure and M365 environments.
- Monitor and manage budgets related to Azure and M365 service operations.
- Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

**What you bring**:

- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Azure and M365 service operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep technical knowledge of Azure and M365 environments, including server infrastructure, networking, security, and cloud services.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a team of engineers effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with other teams and stakeholders.
- Experience developing and implementing strategies for Azure and M365 service operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex technical issues.
- Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Readiness for security clearance
- EU-Citizenship
- Fluent in German and English
