THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AWAITING YOU:

- Your responsibilities will focus on working with the organization and other HR colleagues to jointly develop effective organizational structures and play a significant role in the specific design of workplaces to promote the well-being of the organization.
- You proactively drive the implementation of key initiatives and align them with the broader HR strategy and business requirements.
- With the help of continuous coaching, development measures and support of your people leaders, you foster the development of strong and future-orientated leadership capabilities.
- With your empathetic personality, you create credibility and trust among employees. You manage to convert employees' concerns into a positive opinion through compassion, a systematic approach, clear documentation and consistent implementation
- You know how important talent and performance management is. In this context, you support your people leaders with appraisals, talent reviews and succession planning.
- Our people leaders can always rely on your knowledge about employment law regulations and their effects and receive regular coaching on how to deal with conflicts and complaints.
- Finally, you will focus on further expanding the trusting cooperation with the works council of Merz Aesthetics GmbH.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in HR in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and desirably already with experience in the area of research & development.
- Demonstrated experience in labor law, dealing with works councils, organizational development, change management, coaching and ability to effectively partner with all levels of the organization.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication; must be clear, concise and persuasive.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data to “tell the story” and make recommendations.
- Being an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment and having a passion for innovative HR solutions.
- Fluent in English and German (written and verbal). Fluent in other foreign languages is desirable.
