We are looking for a **Social Media Lead** to join our team in Berlin.

**Your Tasks**
- Develop and oversee social media strategies, especially for Instagram and TikTok, focusing on organic growth and engagement.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, providing strategic guidance and day-to-day support.
- Collaborate with the content creation team to plan and execute innovative campaigns.
- Analyze social media KPIs and use insights to refine strategy and improve performance.
- Provide creative direction and input to ensure fresh, engaging content.
- Ensure alignment between social media and broader brand communication strategies.
- Adapt quickly to changes and manage last-minute requests related to content and campaigns.

**Your Profile**
- Proven experience in social media management, with a focus on strategy and creative execution.
- Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Premier Pro, or similar, as well as a solid understanding of TikTok and Instagram KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive working style.
- Excellent creative copywriting skills, with the ability to guide and inspire team members.
- Passion for beauty and understanding of social media trends.
- Native or fluent English speaker; hybrid working arrangement based in Berlin.
- A collaborative team player with a strong “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn.
