**About Care With Care**: Care With Care (CWC) has been successfully working at the nexus of the healthcare industry and international talent acquisition for nearly a decade. CWC aims to offset the global talent imbalance in healthcare and nursing. To do this, we connect under - or unemployed professionals from selected parts of the world with seeking healthcare facilities in Europe. This is where your role comes in The main task of the Entrepreneur in Residence is to develop, test and implement new concepts and ideas with our senior management team, ideally starting a new business line or company. For this, strategic thinking is just as important as an "operational hunger for implementation". For this, you can rely on our almost ten years of experience as well as our network of customers, partners and entrepreneurial experience. As an Entrepreneur in Residence you will work closely with other colleagues and partners from different countries, cultures and languages. This position requires high attention to detail, a lot of initiative, fun with project management, thinking outside the box and hunger for new solutions as well as native German and English. **You will also work on**: - You will gradually take over strategic sub-projects - You will gain insights into the strategic alignment and planning of a social impact business - You analyze growth impulses, prepare market analyses, build one (or more) MVPs - You launch new business models with / around CWC - You actively shape CWC's business success and are responsible, for example, for selected project management in the areas of business development or educational academy - You take on exciting and success-critical tasks in the key areas of Sales, Marketing & Partnership Management or Product - You take over the creation of decision templates for the founders through structured procurement and preparation of information **This is what you should bring with you in order to be successful**: You will be successful with us if you bring the following qualities: - You're known for your drive and drive for success, your independent work ethic, and flexibility and - You think entrepreneurially and analytically, preferably have start-up experience - You are extremely hands - on and willing to take on any tasks that arise - You have sales in your blood and love to approach people and network Additionally you bring with you: - a degree in business or comparable experience - Ability to work independently but also enjoy working in a team - setting priorities independently - You enjoy optimizing processes according to KPI's, you like to create analyses and reports and identify market potentials - You are empathic, communicative and like to work in a team - You speak fluent German and English - and Spanish would be a plus - We assume you have good MS Office skills, especially Excel **What we offer you**: You will work in an international, fast-growing, exciting social business with experienced, highly motivated and nice colleagues*.
