**About us**:

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with clients, product designers, and managers to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing digital designs that align with product goals.
- Design user interfaces that optimize user experience, usability, and accessibility with the user’s needs in mind while working closely with product designers and -managers.
- Create design systems that can be handed off to clients and are easy to maintain as they evolve.
- Contribute to the creation of testable prototypes (we use Figma for that but we are open for creative solutions when it comes to testing methods).
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality design standards.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling visual content for digital campaigns, including social media posts, blog graphics, and display ads.
- Participate as a creative expert in design sprints and workshops and provide insights for scope of work and resources.
- Stay updated on design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- We don’t care about degrees. We care about passion for design and creativity that can be showcased in your portfolio.
- 3-years of professional experience as a designer either graphic designer, digital designer or anything similar.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and user-centered design principles.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile app design is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively present design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, adapting to changing priorities and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming design challenges.
- Attention to pixel-level detail and ability to maintain consistency in design standards.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development frameworks is preferred but not mandatory.
