Als examinierte Pflegefachkraft (w/m/d) im Außendienst kannst Du unser Team im Großraum Essen ab sofort verstärken.
**Deine Aufgaben**:
Beratung und Hilfsmittelversorgung laryngektomierter und tracheotomierter Patienten
Durchführung umfassender Produktberatungen und Schulungen für Angehörige und Fachkräfte
Patientenüberleitung in das häusliche Umfeld sowie regelmäßige Hausbesuche in Deinem Versorgungsgebiet
Kontaktpflege zu Logopäden und Ärzten mit dem Ziel der Neupatientengewinnung
Besuche von Selbsthilfegruppen und Durchführung kleinerer Patientenveranstaltungen zum Ausbau Deines Kundenstammes
Deine Kunden
- und Patientenbesuche planst Du selbstständig von Deinem Home-Office aus
**Unsere Anforderungen**:
Staatlich anerkannte Ausbildung zum Gesundheits
- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d), Altenpfleger (m/w/d) oder Logopäde (m/w/d)
Berufserfahrung im HNO- oder Intensivbereich von Vorteil
Eine hohe Bereitschaft, mit Menschen in Kommunikation zu treten
Du bist bereit, das Berufsbild des Außendienstmitarbeiters neu zu erlernen
Es bereitet Dir Freude vor kleineren Gruppen frei zu sprechen
Du bevorzugst eine klare und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
