Our Shop Applications Team constantly improves the App, Mobile Website and Desktop Website. These big-scale products are each visited by several million people every month. The team’s focus is to provide the most inspiring, convenient, intuitive, and easy-to-use shopping experience for our customers. They constantly challenge themselves to raise the bar of what is “state of the art” in customer-facing products.

Are you passionate about e-commerce, user experience, and the latest web technologies? Do you want to gain hands-on experience in product management within a fast-paced, agile environment? As an I**ntern Product Management (M/F/d)**in our Webstacks team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for millions of customers across desktop and mobile web. You'll work closely with engineers, designers, and various stakeholders to deliver innovative features and improvements that drive our business forward.

**What you will do**
- Support Product Discovery: Assist in conducting user research, competitive analysis, and market trends to identify opportunities for new features and improvements.
- Backlog Management: Help define, refine, and prioritize user stories and tasks in Jira, ensuring a clear and actionable backlog for our engineering team.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication and alignment between the Webstacks team and various stakeholders regarding product requirements and progress.
- Feature Specification: Contribute to writing clear and concise product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Sprint Support: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint reviews, helping to ensure smooth sprint execution.
- Performance Monitoring: Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyzing user behavior data to inform product decisions.
- A/B Testing Support: Contribute to setting up and analyzing A/B tests to optimize user flows and feature performance.

**Nice to have**
- First practical experience in product management, project management, or a related field (e.g., through internships, university projects, or personal ventures)
- Basic understanding of web technologies and how websites work
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and JIRA tool
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles.
- Knowledge of SEO or web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

**Who you are**
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Economics, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and take ownership.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Passionate about e-commerce and digital products.
