As a working student with us, you will gain hands-on experience in private equity investments and portfolio management. You will be an integral part of our European Investment Team, supporting various aspects of our investment process and contributing to our mission of turning innovative ideas into reality. During your tenure with us, you will have the opportunity to work closely with investment professionals and gain valuable insights into the world of sustainable investments

You'll make an impact by

• You support the investment team in market research and competitive analysis across our focus sectors
• You assist in monitoring and analyzing our deal pipeline, helping to identify promising investment opportunities
• You contribute to financial modeling and investment analysis, including the preparation of valuation models
• You help prepare investment committee materials and support the documentation of investment decisions
• You participate in due diligence processes and assist in the evaluation of potential target companies
• You contribute to various ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives within the team

Your defining qualities

• Education: You are currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field (Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or similar field) with an excellent academic track record
• Experience & Skills: You have practical experience through internships in investment banking, private equity, or consulting. You possess excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ways of working: You bring a structured approach to problem solving and communicate clearly and proactively
• Languages: You have strong oral and written English skills that round off your profile (German is a plus)
