**What you'll do**:

- Act as a mentor, coach, and disciplinary lead to a team of 3 UX/UI Designers
- Define and continuously improve our design processes
- Manage both internal and external stakeholders
- Take ownership of our Design System, Style Guide, and any other Design Artifacts
- Develop the skills of your team and improve their confidence, product knowledge, and ability to follow best practices

**What you bring to the table**:

- Several years of experience as a UX / UI Designer or Information Architect, including experience managing design teams
- Your portfolio which includes examples of your work, a description of your favorite projects, and value creation process
- Problem-solving skills, an investigative mentality, and a proactive nature-committed to delivering solutions
- Good knowledge of best practices methodologies concerning User Research, Usability, Testing, and Optimization Approaches
- Very good verbal and written English skills
