Code Labs Academy is looking for a UX/UI Bootcamp Instructor to develop and continuously improve the bootcamp while algo managing the bootcamp’s teacher assistants.

Location: Berlin, Germany

**Job Type**: Part Time (Hybrid)

**As our UX/UI Bootcamp Instructor, you will**:

- Continuously develop and improve the UX/UI Bootcamp curriculum
- Teach UX/UI Bootcamp sessions to students and partner companies
- Manage UX/UI Bootcamp teaching assistants
- Manage UX/UI Bootcamp operations
- Design UX/UI courses (e.g., mini bootcamps and workshops)
- Teach UX/UI courses
- Collaborate with our team to continuously improve our company’s UX/UI experience and learning platform
- Communicate and follow up closely with students
- Manage discord student spaces and keep in touch with them
- Plan and manage UX/UI Bootcamp cohorts
- Plan, prepare, and hold online and in-person workshops about UX/UI-related topics
- 2+ years of experience in UX/UI or related field
- Experience in EdTech/Education/Teaching
- Developed UX/UI portfolio from projects completed for previous companies/clients
- Deep knowledge of User Experience and User Interface design and product design
- Knowledge of the tech industry and coding bootcamps
- Highly skilled using UX/UI software tools, such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
- Excellent communication skills to effectively explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner
- Fluent in English (C1 minimum)
- Fluent in German (C1 minimum)
- Team management skills
- Ability to both perform and delegate tasks
- Positive attitude
- Student-oriented attitude
- Ready to help students, listen to their questions, and orient them in the right direction
- Internal drive to produce quality results
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
