**Location : All Colt locations in Germany, preferred in Munich**

**Role purpose**

Are you looking for a new challenge in an international environment and see yourself as an organizational talent who keeps a cold head even in stressful situations? As a scheduler at Colt, you are responsible for the work preparation for our engineers in the field and for working on feedback from the engineers with the aim of delivering circuits ordered by the customer as quickly as possible.

**Key accountabilities**
- Rolle mit befristetem Vertrag
- Work preparation for Colt engineers and subcontractors
- Deal with feedback from field engineers after installation took place
- Validation and preparation of complex modification orders
- Monitoring of due dates for installations and shifts
- Support for subcontractors
- Verification of invoices for subcontractor services
- Ordering of equipment
- Coordination of fault clearance for Leased Lines
- Administrative tasks
- Compliance with relevant service level agreements

**Skills & Experience**
- Affinity to technical and commercial topics
- Stress-resistant, organizational talent
- Great interpersonal relationships
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Very good skills of English language and fluent German language

**Qualifications**
- Technical professional education, for example communication electronics or IT system electronics

Alternatively, corresponding professional experience in network technology
