**Ihre Aufgaben...**
- Als Sales Operations Assistant (m/w/d) unterstützen Sie die Vertriebsleitung bei Projekten und Abteilungsaufgaben
- Mitarbeit im Vertriebsinnendienst / Sales Support
- Protokollführung und Nachbereitung von Meetings
- Mitarbeit im Reklamations
- und Eskalationsmanagement
- Pflege von Kunden
- und Projektdaten in CRM- und Ticketsystemen
- Telefonische Betreuung und Beratung von Geschäftskunden inkl. technischer Prüfung und Vertragsabwicklung
- Abstimmung mit Account Managern, Projektverantwortlichen und weiteren Abteilungen
- Bearbeitung besonderer organisatorischer Aufgaben (z. B. Versand von Unterlagen, Verwaltung von Zugangsrechten)

**Ihre Qualifikationen...**
- **Anerkannte kaufmännische Berufsqualifikation** (z.B. als Kauffrau für Büromanagement (m/w/d), Industriekauffrau (m/w/d) oder Kauffrau für E-Commerce (m/w/d))
- Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder Assistenz, idealerweise B2B
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, CRM-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke, Kundenorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
