- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products.
- Provide information about products, promotions, and policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting and upselling products.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain product displays and visual merchandising.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with receiving new shipments.
- Work with team members and management to achieve store goals.
- Uphold the brand's image and values in all interactions.
