**Key Responsibilities of the Role**:
- Setting contract documentation
- Preparing post contract enquiries
- Assessment of contract variations
- Preparing and agreeing schedules
- Financial and contractual control of sub-contractor’s accounts
- Issuing of contractual notices and evaluate loss and expense/acceleration claims
- Providing fast, accurate, competitive, and profitable estimates to enquiries
- Liaising with the client, main contractor, and other departments
- Reporting regularly to management on competitor activity, market trends and any other market dynamics that may be useful to management
- All other duties associated with this role
**Selection Criteria / Person Specification**:
**Essential**
- Ideally 2:1 Honours Degree / Expected 2:1
- Level 8 or relevant bachelor’s degree
- Good communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Adaptable and solutions driven
- Able to work in a team environment
- Pride in the quality and presentation of work
- Good organization & co-ordination skills
- Flexible to travel
- Enthusiastic and energetic
**Desirable**
- Experience in the Construction Industry or Trade Background
