**The role**:
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to gain insights into the world of Investor Relations? Our Investor Relations team is seeking support for research and documentation on capital market topics, creating presentations and reports, and organizing events for investors and other stakeholders. You’ll be part of a small, dynamic team that drives Investor Relations initiatives and contributes to the strategic direction of our company.
This position offers you the chance to take on responsibility for your own projects in Investor Relations. You’ll gain valuable experience and develop both professionally and personally.

**Your Mission**:

- Support in creating presentations and analyses for investors, top management, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing and developing financial reports in line with the latest market standards (e.g., CSRD).
- Maintain and manage Investor Relations databases.
- Collaborate closely with other departments and external consultants and service providers.
- Direct interaction with departments, particularly the Finance and Controlling teams.
- Independently manage smaller projects and have the opportunity to drive your own initiatives in Investor Relations.
- Support decision-making processes and suggest improvements for internal processes.

**Your profile**:

- Ongoing studies, preferably at the Master's level, in economics, finance, or a related field.
- Initial practical experience through internships or similar working student positions in Investor Relations, strategy consulting, or M&A.
- Excellent analytical skills and good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, high self-motivation and resilience, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of German is a plus.
- Availability for 16-20 hours per week for the next 18-24 months.
