**Legal Counsel - Commercial Law**:
**Your tasks**:

- Legal support for the insurance and reinsurance business of our internationally operating industrial segment
- Review and drafting of insurance and distribution contracts in German and English, in particular with a focus on Financial Lines, Sports, Crisis Management, Aviation und Delegated Authority Europe (e.g. agency contracts, broker contracts, insurance policies and reinsurance contracts)
- Review and drafting of contracts in the context of cooperation with external loss adjusters (TPAs)
- Cooperation with our colleagues in our international branches
- Legal support in judicial and extrajudicial legal proceedings
- Supporting the legal team in all areas that arise

**Your profile**:

- Knowledge and expertise regarding the tasks and of insurance contract law is an advantage. However, the following skills are even more important to us:

- German fully qualified lawyer or comparable foreign qualification
- Willingness to familiarise oneself in depth with international insurance distribution law
- Pleasure in familiarising oneself with unfamiliar and international topics and issues
- Ability to work in a structured and independent manner
- Willingness to work in an international team
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
