Responsibility for legal advice throughout the whole process of a variety of M&A transactions, including acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, and corporate venture capital projects and with respect all businesses of the Continental group worldwide, among others:

- Advising on the appropriate transaction structure
- Drafting, revision and negotiation of agreements and documents in connection with the transaction
- Conduct and/or management of the legal due diligence
- Advising on regulatory issues (merger control clearances, foreign direct investment clearances, etc.)
- Selection, retention, management, and supervision of external counsel and legal spend
- Legal advice on post-merger activities
