Sachbearbeiter Auftragsabwicklung (m/w/d) - Vollzeit

Ziel der Stelle: Ordnungsgemäße, zeitnahe und termingerechte Bearbeitung von Angeboten und Aufträgen inklusive Kunden
- betreuung

Eingruppierung: EG08 bis EG10 je nach Qualifikation

Verantwortlichkeiten und Anforderungen:

- Erfassung von Aufträgen unter Beachtung vorhandener Regelungen und Policies;
- Angebotserstellung für Intercompany-Anfragen;
- Betreuung von Aufträgen aus dem Neu
- und Reparaturgeschäft;
- Auftragsabwicklung ggf. nach Rücksprache mit dem Vorgesetzten;
- Bearbeitung von Reklamationen;
- Lösen und Beheben auftretender Probleme ggf. mit abteilungsübergreifender Unterstützung und Rücksprache mit dem

Vorgesetzten:

- Sonstige Tätigkeiten.

Bevorzugte Qualifikation/Fähigkeiten:

- Abgeschlossene 3-jährige kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation;
- Erste Berufserfahrungen;
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen;
- Gute Kenntnisse der MS Office-Programme;
- Kundenorientiertes Handeln.
