Director Commercial Marketing Adas

The tasks include direct responsibility for developing pricing strategies across different markets, negotiation of purchase agreements, revenue forecasting, and life cycle management of ADAS´s product portfolio. Working with upper and executive management to align the strategy with the goals of PL ADAS and overall NXP requires excellent communication and presentation skills.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage an international team that forecasts revenue and defines price strategies to maximize margin dollars and grow revenue across the product portfolio
- Responsible for the creation & implementation of the Product Line commercial strategy
- Negotiate major commercial & business contracts with customers
- Ensuring timely responses to quote & sampling requests
- Revenue forecasting (RFF, S&OP, LTP), business reporting and latest view creation
- Manage supply including the creation, communication, and execution of allocation plans
- Set-up & maintenance of your products in the relevant ERP systems
- Act as point of contact for our customer facing teams for ADAS products
- Participate in internal functional team and customer meetings in locations around the world
**Required Education & Experience**
- MSc or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration or technical degree with equivalent commercial / business experience
- 10+ years of relevant industry experience in the field of automotive semiconductors or automotive electronics
- Track record in successfully:
- Creating of pricing / commercial strategies, quoting & contract negotiations
- Forecasting revenue & managing towards revenue targets
- Building expertise within the team (international / multi-site)
**Skills required / characteristics**:
- Self-motivated, hands-on and results-oriented senior professional
- Ability to manage & prioritize multiple complex tasks in parallel and prepare timely decisions
- Strong networker with capabilities to build internal & customer facing relations
- Proven excellent communication skills in English, incl. senior / executive management level
- Highly reliable way of working, combining strategic mindset with the eye for the detail
- Highest level of integrity and discretion in managing confidential information
- Willingness and ability to travel
