**_Location_**_: We are flexible Come and join us either in Hamburg, Berlin, Barcelona or London_

FREENOW is looking for a dynamic and innovative Marketing Director. Reporting directly into the COO, you will oversee our international marketing teams and own our marketing efforts across 9 European markets.

**YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE**:

- Lead and manage our marketing teams across all countries, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across 9 European markets.
- Foster a culture of innovation, constantly challenging the status quo to drive growth.
- Represent the marketing team in cross-functional meetings and collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.
- Maintain open communication channels within the team and with senior management.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Use a data driven approach to make our marketing efforts measurable.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**:

- Proven experience in leading marketing teams within the European market.
- Strong background in performance and app marketing, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
- Excellent leadership skills and high performing team mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in English is a must.
- Self-motivated and comfortable dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty inherent in scaling a technology marketplace
- Openness, flexibility and curiosity - you're demonstrating a creative mindset and exceptional problem solving skills but being pragmatic and fast at the same time.
