**Job Posting: Building Maintenance Technician with Class B Driver's License**

**Position: Building Maintenance Technician**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs at our restaurant locations in Kreuzberg and Neukölln.
- Respond to repair requests from branch managers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
- Assist in the delivery of food supplies from our central kitchen to our branches during the week.
- Ensure proper functioning and safety of all restaurant equipment and facilities.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with branch managers and other staff members to address maintenance issues and concerns.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of events or special projects as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in building maintenance or a similar role.
- Familiarity with various maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Class B driver's license.
- Willingness to travel between restaurant locations in Kreuzberg and Neukölln.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed.
