Training Coordinator

For this special role, we are looking for an observant and organized Training Coordinator who overlooks all project-related training activities. Within the project, you will work in close alignment with the client as well as the Change Management Team.

**What will you be doing?**
- Plan, implement and coordinate project-related training programs and activities to prepare the project team for specific phases
- Create and coordinate training plans and schedules in alignment with the authorization team
- Communicate training programs and activities on a timely basis
- Review user mapping
- Support assessment and identification of training needs
- Create training documentation
- Coordinate preparation and maintain training data (e.g. update records and databases in chosen LMS)
- Facilitate training workshops (e.g. Train-the-Trainer)
- Oversee training attendance and monitor completion of training activities
- Work to the standards and timelines aligned with the Lead Training Manager
- Report to Change Manager

**What are we looking for?**
- 3+ years of experience as a Training Coordinator or similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and German
- Experienced in projects in a pharmaceutical (validated) environment and at least in two global SAP roll-out or implementation projects
- Knowledge of instructional design and training theories and methods
- Hands-on experience creating training plans and coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
- Excellent decision making, organisational and time-management skills
- Experienced in facilitating and delivering trainings
- Ability to convey complex information in an understandable way
- Ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
- MS Office proficiency, especially Excel, and database software
- Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
- BS degree in Education, Training, HR or related field
