Working Student

**Your mission**:
At nyris, we build custom visual search systems that enable customers worldwide to improve their operation KPIs by finding the best matches within millions of items using just a photo. In an average month, we process over seventy billion images daily in over 56 countries.

As a working student for the nyris Marketing Team, you must be passionate about motion graphics, video editing, and visual effects. Your mission is to translate the value proposition of nyris’ many use cases into amazing attention-grabbing and compelling content pieces (with a focus on video productions).

**About The Team**
Located in Berlin, the nyris Marketing Team is a highly motivated, process-oriented group of Visual AI Terminators. Our main goal is to take the nyris vision of innovation and transformation to the right decision-makers in the right industries. We work closely with each other and have tremendous team support dynamic. While we operate freely as individuals, we can always count on each other to overcome everyday challenges and grow as professionals.

**What We Do**
- Assessing the viability of potential target markets and industries;
- Developing data-driven marketing strategies;
- Developing industry-specific content pieces for various campaigns;
- Strategically targeting potential customers in a focused SDR outreach effort;
- Qualifying potential leads for the Sales Team pipeline.

**What You Will Do**
In this role, you’ll get the chance to learn and showcase your expertise in creating digital content across different formats, which include:

- Create multimedia assets (mainly videos, but also presentations, visual designs, microsites, layouts and motion graphics) to visualize nyris’ potential across various industries;
- Design and prepare engaging and interactive presentations/videos with compelling content and visuals (ex: Videos, Animations and GIFs);
- Bring ideas to life and design best-in-class experiences across a wide range of digital media by using your different creative skills;
- Support the Marketing team by creating assets for internal and external use with a strong focus on innovation, creativity, and high-quality assets that are engaging, innovative, and align with the core purpose pillars of the nyris brand;
- Actively participate in creating, testing, and sharing new and better tools, methods, and best practices for content creation.
- Manage multiple design projects at the same time, ensuring quality needs and deadlines are met;
- Working closely with heads of departments to present a final product that matches their vision;

**Your profile**:
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university of Fine Arts in communications, media, visual art, film, television, or multimedia. We’re looking for someone who takes the initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful, innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Digital enthusiast - You have good knowledge of visual and graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics. You are eager to create characters, environments, and various digital assets;
- Problem-Solver - Proven ability to turn complex concepts into simple, understandable, and well-designed visuals;
- Software skills;
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, etc.);
- 3D Software is a plus (Blender or others);
- A strong eye for aesthetic and visual design;
- Animation Principles;
- Structured and well-organized;
- Creative - bringing in a fresh mindset;
- Flexibility and readiness to learn new skills;
- Quick comprehension and goal-oriented approach;
- Ability to work independently and to prioritize;
- Reliability, responsibility, and open-mindedness;
- Team player;
- Fluent in English, preferably also in German
