**Your mission**:

- Development of Digital Strategies and Concepts: You will analyze our clients' business models and develop tailored digital strategies and concepts that enhance their competitiveness.
- Client Advisory and Thought Leadership: You will work closely with the leadership teams of our clients. Your expertise in digital strategy, combined with your commercial understanding, allows you to grasp client objectives and derive well-founded recommendations and roadmaps for digital projects.
- Commercial Responsibility: In collaboration with the Forte Digital team, you will acquire new clients and drive growth with existing customers.
- Leadership of Strategic Market Analysis and Identification of Innovation Potentials: You will lead the analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to identify and implement innovative digital solutions at the enterprise level.
- Strategic Project Management: You will ensure that digital strategies are seamlessly integrated into operational planning, working closely with interdisciplinary teams of developers, designers, and technologists.
- Presentation and Representation at Management Level: You will present digital transformation strategies and project progress to executives and key stakeholders, both internally and externally, making crucial strategic decisions.
- Development and Implementation of Innovative Methods and Processes: You will drive the development of new methods and tools to optimize digital strategies, ensuring that our approach remains at the forefront of technology and market needs.

**Your profile**:

- Successfully completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.
- At least 8 years of experience in developing and implementing digital strategies, ideally in a leading position within an agency or consultancy.
- In-depth knowledge of digital transformation, business model innovation, and digital technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of market and customer needs.
- Experience in managing complex projects and coordinating interdisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and convincingly.
- Business Fluent in both German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
