This role is pivotal in enhancing and scaling the B2B experience. **How your role will look like**: - Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our B2B experience, focusing on our Subscription Models, their Upselling, and Data tools. - Drive continous value of the B2B experience, ensuring ImmoScout24 remains the market leader. Leverage data-driven insights, user feedback, and industry best practices to create, enhance and integrate external functionalities which scale to a massive audience. - Manage a team of product managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their professional growth and alignment with company goals. - Drive an "interconnected experience" for our B2B product landscape, considering AI features. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data analytics, sales, marketing, and customer support, to align strategies, prioritize initiatives, and drive successful execution. - Continuously monitor industry trends, user behavior, product usage, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our B2B experiences. - Effectively communicate strategies, initiatives, and results to executive leadership, fostering a cul
