**Your future Volocopter crew**:
As a financial accountant, you are actively contributing to Volocopter’s growth. In addition to your enthusiasm for numbers, you will also enjoy communicating with your colleagues from other departments and all over the world. You can concentrate and prioritize in times of parallel requests.

**Your mission during this flight**:

- Verification and posting of incoming invoices
- Administration of the electronic invoice release workflow
- Review and posting of travel expenses
- Collaboration in the monthly/quarterly/annual closing process
- Master data maintenance
- Preparation of payment runs
- Administration of open items for accounts receivables and payables
- Account reconciliation

**Qualifications**:
**Check in your professional skills**:

- Vocational training with a focus on accounting
- Solid understanding of the German Commercial Code (HGB)
- Ideally, you are familiar with IFRS and German tax law
- You have experience using accounting software, ideally Business Central
- High affinity for numbers as well as an accurate way of working
- Good command of German and English
- Professional experience in accounting
- You are a team player, have good communication skills and actively demonstrate a flexible approach
- Problem solving skills and attention to detail

Deine Buchhaltungskenntnisse wendest Du sicher an. Du hast bereits Grundkenntnisse im deutschen Steuerrecht oder bist bereit, Dir diese anzueignen? Du bist ein echter Teamplayer, zeigst Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und verfügst über eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe? Dann passt Du perfekt in unser Team. Teilzeit (75% oder mehr) oder Vollzeit möglich.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Prüfen und Verbuchen von Eingangsrechnungen
- Administration des elektronischen Rechnungsfreigabe Workflows
- Überprüfung und Verbuchung von Reisekosten-Abrechnungen
- Mitarbeit im Monats/Quartals/Jahresabschluss
- Stammdatenpflege
- Vorbereitung des Zahllaufs
- OP Verwaltung
- Kontenabstimmung

**Dein Profil**
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Fokus auf die Buchhaltung
- Solides Verständnis des HGB
- Idealerweise sind Dir IFRS und das deutsche Steuerrecht nicht fremd
- Hohe Affinität zu Zahlen sowie eine akkurate Arbeitsweise
- gute Englischkenntnisse
- Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung
- Du bist teamfähig, verfügst über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und demonstriert aktiv eine flexible Vorgehensweise
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit einer Buchhaltungssoftware, idealerweise Business Central
- Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und Liebe zum Detail
