Job Purpose

Work closely with the Regional Logistics Manager or Logistics Coordinator to manage and support the entire logistics process within a region. This includes coordinating with Customer Logistics, factories, 3PL warehouses, inter-site transfers, TMS partners, and transport providers.

Your responsibilities will be- Coordinate and support transport operations to ensure on-time delivery while optimizing cost efficiency.- Collaborate with Customer Logistics, TMS partners, McBride warehouses, hauliers, and 3PL warehouse providers to plan activities and address any exceptions.- Prepare regional logistics reports for the Group function, compiling and sharing key information across divisions and with customers.- Act as a power user of the TMS, monitoring and reporting overall performance at Group and divisional levels. Develop Group and divisional performance dashboards, providing insightful commentary on opportunities and risks_._

Skills and education we are looking for- A degree-level qualification in Supply Chain or Logistics is preferred.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to delve into details while maintaining a focus on the bigger picture.- Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in technical tools such as SAP and Excel.- Competent in managing large datasets from multiple sources and adapting to evolving data structures.- Fluency in English and German is essential; knowledge of Polish or French is a valuable asset.
