**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Support of packaging optimization activities at Kautex’ plant in Knezmost, CZ
- Documentation of packaging improvements
- Logistics coordination and alignment with plant quality, operations, purchasing and sales
- Support of program procurement in negotiations of packaging changes with suppliers
- Review ergonomic and safety requirements
- Report packaging optimizations in Cost Reduction database
- Coordination/Support of Kaizen workshops as needed
- Support data collection for transportation optimizations in EU Region
- Willingness to travel (25%-50%)

- Studies in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration with a focus on Supply Chain Management / Logistics
