Are you looking for an exciting challenge during your part-time studies and would like to gain practical experience in technical sales? Then we can offer you an interesting opportunity In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring leads and specific projects in the East Westphalia-Lippe region and actively acquire new customers together with a senior employee. By regularly exchanging information with customers through customer visits and appropriate marketing activities, you will ensure long-term, strong customer relationships and create win-win situations for the customer and ABB. You will be responsible for the regions East Westphalia-Lippe, North Hesse & South Lower Saxony (e.g. Bielefeld, Paderborn, Kassel or Hildesheim) from your home office and will be fully responsible for customer support and acquisition.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Regular exchange of information with customers through customer visits and marketing activities
- Building and maintaining long-term business relationships for mutual benefit
- Participation in the selection of potential new customers and acquisition
- Inventory and analysis of various customer aspects
- Presenting the product portfolio to customers, with support if necessary
- Customer support at trade fairs and events
- Collaboration in the planning and implementation of sales campaigns
- Qualified forwarding of leads from other ABB areas
- Recording end customer projects in the project tracking system
- Analyzing the scope of the project and identifying possible solutions
- Clarifying technical questions with customers and contact persons
- Project tracking up to the award of contract, including quotation declarations

**Your background**:

- Completed university degree in a technical field such as electrical engineering or industrial engineering
- Ongoing Master's degree or planning to start this in the near future
- Knowledge in the field of medium-voltage products
- Commercial knowledge of contractual issues
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English
- B driving license (passenger car)
- Ability to work independently, good communication skills, strong team player
- Strong negotiating skills, customer-oriented approach
