- For more than 25 years, JUWI has been a pioneer in the energy revolution. As a 100% -subsidiary of MVV Energie AG, JUWI offers turnkey project development and Engineering, Procurement and Construction services as well as technical and commercial operations and maintenance for renewable energy plants. In EMEA region JUWI has European subsidiaries in Italy (Verona) and Greece (Athens) besides the wind and solar energy activities in home market Germany. From the subsidiary in South Africa (Cape Town) they particularly serve the Sub-Sahara markets with photovoltaic and wind projects. In the EMEA region (excluding Germany) JUWI has installed approximately 725 megawatts of solar capacity since 2007.

**Objectives**:

- As Head (M/F/d) of EPC Projects you are steering multiple Solar and Hybrid EPC projects with a global scope.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- With a direct reporting line to the Operations Director of the group, you will be responsible for around 15 projects per year in the region. The position has therefore a big impact on the business.
- You will lead and empower the EMEA EPC Project Managers to execute projects as per contractual commitments, quality, budget and timeline and be the escalation path for any EPC PM related issues, both towards the client and toward JUWI management.
- In this important interface function, you will cooperate closely with the country MDs, sales and business development teams to ensure EPC projects are executed successfully.
- You will ensure cohesive cross functional project integration of sales, procurement, engineering, construction management finance, quality and legal to achieve company goals while constantly improving quality, processes and standards.

**Your Profile**:

- You hold a relevant degree (technical, engineering) and a professional Project Management qualification
- We expect broad Engineering, Procurement and Construction knowledge and exposure in the infrastructure space. Experience in the Renewable Energy industry is an added advantage.
- You are an experienced manager of project teams and you thrive in risk anticipation and -management situations.
- You have an excellent level of technical knowledge; project management in infrastructure projects with demonstrable experience of project cost, schedule, risk, quality and technical management and control.
- As Head of EPC Projects you have the experience to work and lead in matrix organizations in a culturally diverse international environment.
- We assume fluency in English and willingness to travel internationally (25% of your time). Any other foreign language is an advantage.
