Vice President Transaction Advisory

What we look for:You jointly take on the strategic leadership and further development of the Transaction Advisory / Strategy Team with our management. You have overall responsibility for customer acquisition, team staffing, strategic project prioritization, project execution, success, and profitability, as well as customer satisfaction. You are responsible for the successful end-to-end implementation of international Commercial / Digital / Tech /Data Due Dilligence projects for buy-side and sell-side transactions, defining the appropriate strategy together with the customer, defining requirements, and ensuring the smooth implementation of customer projects. You drive the further development of internal know-how (Thought Leadership) as well as the establishment of partnerships with leading large- and mid-cap private equity funds.You establish and optimize the standardization of processes and templates, including quality assurance processes for ongoing projects or newly developed solutions. You play a proactive role in sales and pitching activities and develop new (AI) services based on current trends and industry developments. You work closely with the OMMAX Leadership Team from all departments. You represent OMMAX and the Transaction Advisory / Strategy Team at events, trade shows, and universities.You work together with the People & Culture Team on the further development of the Transaction Advisory / Strategy Team and support the recruitment of top talent.What we require:You hold a university degree with excellent performance in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (an MBA is advantageous). You have 8+ years of professional experience, focusing on (digital) strategy consultinng, transaction advisory, or digital marketing.You have expert knowledge and a deep understanding of tech, marketing and AI, as well as the latest tools and current trends in the digital sector. You have proven experience and excellent skills in team coordination, leadership, and project management. You have strong analytical and conceptual skills and work in a structured and results-oriented manner. You excel in oral and written communication skills.You are a service-oriented and communicative team player with a high degree of self-responsibility and passion for your work. You speak English fluently; regional languages are an advantage.What you can expect:Your impact is crucial: You actively shape the digital future in a highly motivated & smart team in direct cooperation with the founders & partners, creating real added value by linking strategy and implementation.Your hard work pays off You benefit from attractive salary packages, participation in sales success and exclusive investment opportunities.
