Junior Product Owner

As a (Junior) Product Owner at justtrack you will manage a team of developers, work closely with different stakeholders and make a decisive contribution to our product strategy, our profitability, and our growth.

At justtrack we build a SaaS business that provides app and game publishers an attractive toolset to handle their entire global marketing growth process. Starting from managing, analyzing, and automating marketing processes justtrack enables gathering deep mobile product insights.

You will have the opportunity to bring in many own ideas and further improve our product by adding entirely new features. Our experienced Head of Product will guide you on this journey. While working closely with developers and stakeholders, you will learn how to use technology to leverage user needs and business goals to build software that is going to make thousands of customers succeed.

Based on performance and after your trainee phase you will have the opportunity to step up and manage your own cross-functional product team.

Tasks

- You will be responsible for the development team, manage their progress and make relevant strategic decisions. improvements or new features.

- You will be the central contact person for all the relevant stakeholders.
- Present your project progress at regular intervals to the management.
- You will act as an intrapreneur, leading one department based on selective KPIs.
- You are implementing a lean, high output development process and improve the quality of development.

**Requirements**:

- You already gained practical experience in the field of product management and ideally have expertise in agile software development methods.
- You are a digital native who has a strong interest in technology, you know the common business models and have experience in business development.
- You are familiar with online and mobile marketing (conversion rates, tkp, cpm)
- You understand how to harmonize user needs and business goals with technological challenges.
- You want to take over responsibility and make business decisions.
- You have first experience with leading a team and have proven that you are a real team player who masters and appreciates the cooperation and leadership of interdisciplinary teams.
- You have clear communication skills and know how to guide and motivate individuals to develop their maximum capabilities.
