**About the Role**

We are currently looking for a Sales Associate for our store in Hambourg, Germany ; an individual who is passionate, proactive, and aligned with our brand values: REAL, IMAGINATIVE, PLAYFUL and CARING.

As a Sales Associate, your mission will be to focus on sales and customer service tasks. We’re counting on you to offer the full experience of the brand to our omnichannel consumers, contributing to attaining the objectives in terms of sales, service and business growth.

Your main tasks will be:

- Customer Experience: Our customers matter You will have a crucial role in ensuring that the level of customer satisfaction is met by providing an outstanding service and developing long-term relationships with our customers at an omnichannel level.
- Brand image: Each store embodies the Company’s culture, values and principles. You will be responsible for Camper brand image towards our customers, with the aim of ensuring a premium image aligned with the Company’s identity and ESG principals.
- Operations & Procedures: In the omnichannel era, operations are a key and have a great impact on the connection chain with the customer. You will carry out store operations according to the Company’s Policies & Procedures. Organization leads to efficiency.

**About You**

You are our perfect match if:

- You are passionate about Retail, in all of its shades (in-store and omnichannel).
- Previous experience working in contact with people will be highly considered.
- You are flexible and available to work 26 hours per week.
- Customer centricity is key in your approach to customers.
- You are omnichannel oriented and you are good at using technological tools.
- You have a strong team spirit and great energy.
- You are a great communicator and are highly results-oriented.
- You can speak fluent English adn German. Any additional language will be a plus.
- You have the legal right to work in Europe without requiring visa sponsorship.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: 11.50€ - 12.00€ per hour
