Our Tech business unit implements comprehensive full-service solutions in e-commerce, omnichannel and retail logistics for renowned brands and customers in the High-Tech and Consumer Electronics industry. We are looking for a **Director Global Marketing (M/F/x)** who will be responsible for the international B2B marketing activities for our industry division Tech for Arvato Supply Chain Solutions at our **location in Gütersloh**.

**Your challenges**
- Design and implementation of a comprehensive market focused Marketing strategy, including channels, tools, partners, budgets and structures and manage the budget
- Work in close alignment with leadership regarding strategy definition, execution as well as monitoring of innovative marketing techniques
- Close collaboration and partnership with the Global business development group, supporting existing as well as new client growth objectives
- Oversee all conference/event marketing strategy and tactical implementation of pre, post, and onsite marketing involvement.
- Research, evaluate, and build business cases around new marketing opportunities.
- Definition and Execution of an employee related communication within the TECH business unit
- Set annual and quarterly marketing goals and monitor performanceManagement of a marketing team (direct and indirect reporting lines), supporting the business on a global scale
- Close cooperation across industry groups, ensuring a cohesive and effective collaboration in strategy definition as well as execution
- Development and support with client specific communications

**Your profile**
- At least 8 years of experience in marketing / communications, ideally in services marketing and / or industrial goods marketing, including 3-5 years in a leadership role
- A completed master's degree in marketing or business / communication sciences
- Thought leadership in (digital) marketing, experienced in social media (e.g. LinkedIn)
- Analytical thinking skills and a holistic understanding of business, coupled with creativity and the ability to set new impulses
- High level of customer understanding and knowledge in products and services offered
- Sound knowledge of project management and ability to optimize processes
- Fluency in German and English
- Strategic marketing paired with operative hands on mentality
- Passionate about international collaboration and willingness to travel
