Join Swift’s Business Solution Architect’s Team in a fast moving and captivating working environment. Imagine yourself designing solutions that will help our customers cope with the fast-changing financial landscape. You will be in the driving seat and understand our customer’s needs to solve their challenges leveraging our API and Messaging services offering, create awareness around new Swift’s strategy and get the footprints ready to benefit from the platform value added services.

In that context, Swift is looking for a talented individual to join a team of experts and assist our EMEA Community.

Key Responsibilities:
- As a Business Solution Architect, you are given the opportunity to make a direct impact, helping our customers designing the best possible solution depending on their needs, current and future. Concretely, you will be responsible to:
- Assist our Key and Global customers in the region by defining their technology strategy focusing on the evolution of their connectivity footprint- Drive the technology evolution of the Europe sub-region to optimize connectivity footprint and integrate API flows.- Develop the complementors and support technology discussion with Platform Partners.- Follow-up on major initiatives such as CBPR+, regional strategic initiatives and their potential impact on our community.- Coach and support the Business Development teams with Technical related matters- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating an understanding of the customer needs.

Desired Qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years relevant work experience- Strong Technical Background in IT (preferably in the financial industry).- Experience with API’s and Cloud Computing Maintain and develop knowledge of architecture/design technologies, integration and future industry trends. Provide resiliency and security advice.- Translate business requirements into a technology solution with full involvement of the rest of the client relationship stakeholders. Analyse detailed systems factors: input/output requirements; information flow; technical requirements; resources needed and select the appropriate SWIFT products and services to architect a customer solution.- Proven track record in managing clients and maintaining customer satisfaction. Drives successful outcomes through collaboration, influence and partnership in a complex environment.- Represent Swift at User Group Meetings, Seminars and Workshops - Ability and desire to succeed in a diverse, multi-cultural environment, across varied geographics and team.- Willingness to travel as require
